Yoga Classes - Winter 2015

I run a weekly yoga class throughout the year in Gateshead. Yoga mats and equipment are provided, please wear loose comfortable clothing. The class is suitable for all levels and abilities.

6 classes  for £36 (if paid in advance) or drop in rate of £8 per class. 
Low waged/students - 6 classes for £24 or drop in rate of £5 per class.
