Picking Up My Churchill Award

My Churchill Award was May 2013.... it is considered a prestigious award and mine was for research into the making of communities through participatory arts primarily dance....who gets opportunities, how do we ensure inclusivity....how do we make art relevant and reflective of communities.

Since the award I have been persistently and doggedly making small changes happen.......making the personal political and fighting for the right to party!!!!!!
