Mobilisie and Socialise in Jesmond

 Mobilising  and socialising in Jesmond is going along with a delightful ease and distinct sense of communal joy....or what I like to refer to as gleeful abandon.

There is a palpable sense of connection and a remarkable atmosphere of appreciation and delight in each others achievements. Every  movement is celebrated, every interaction a cause for deeper understanding ,communication and an awareness of creative possibility.

I think it would be fair to say that everyone has been surprised by what they can do and by the pervading and infectious enthusiasm that ripples through the group.

The magic ingredient is that we all take time to be with one another and to notice one another. Together we pool our creativity and are all enriched by the experience

This  FREE integrated class for mature people  is hosted by Jesmond Dementia Action Alliance and is generously funded by the National Lottery

Everyone is welcome, come as you are and leave with a spring in your step
